Default What would you fix?

A lot of you might have seen this thread before, but I got out of Guild Wars during the year and forgot what I was supossed to change, plus the game has changed a good bit since then. So I'm back with pretty much the same question I had before.

I've been running an R/Mo recently, with this setup:

14 Expertise
12 Marksmanship
10 Wilderness Survival
5 Beast Master (4 actually, but I happened to have a minor rune)

In PvP:
Debilitating Shot
Troll Ungent (sometimes)
Melandru's Arrows {E}
Penetrating Attack
Distracting Shot
Tiger's Fury
Pin Down
Vengence/Rez Signent

My main weapon is a short bow, but I also have a longbow that's sometimes used to open with and a spare +10 energy staff for emergency use (i.e. Vengence)


In PvE:
Barrage {E}
Troll Ungent
Flame Trap
Barbed Trap
Penetrating Attack
Distracting Shot
Tiger's Fury
Ressurect

I switched from /Me to /Mo after I started playing again because not being able to rez more than once frustrated me, but I don't use it for anything besides that.

Currently I'm not in a guild, so I'm mainly restricted to random arenas. I would like to contribute to HA groups more often, but a lot of the ones that are forming are, to say the least, unpleasant to be part of.

The idea was to target Eles and Monks, who are almost always enchanted. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't, and oftentimes I don't understand why. Sometimes I can take out monks by myself, and sometimes I can't make a dent even with another attacker helping. If anyone has any insights, it'd be appreciated.

The PvE build doesn't actually make much sense...it's just what I came up with without having to buy new runes. I've been able to clear a couple of Sorrow's Furnace missions with it and henchmen, but I did so very slowly.

Okay, just one question, are the rest aside from beast mastery just points and no runes? because that's impressive. If that's a yes, then get some minor runes lol.
But anyway, I would turn down expertise one notch because you may think it's saving you energy, but 13 and 14 dont' really matter. 52% isn't much different than 56%, but you'll still only be saving 50% overall of energy. So if you turn that one down by one. You can boost anything else you need.
It also came to mind that your things are more into beast mastery and wilderness survival. I think you should move that attribute from expertise to one of those.
That's just my opinion, it's not right, but just what i think.

No, that's not without runes, I just don't remember without checking exactly what my runes are. I think I have a Superior Expertise, and expertise-boosting mask, and a minor marksmanship.


Has Expertise changed recently? I remember 13 expertise being 50% rounded up, and 14 being 50% rounded down for skill costs. I thought 14 was still the magic number, but I guess I'll investigate that.
